West Pride is a gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender cultural festival in Gothenburg, Sweden. It takes places at the main cultural institutions in the city, such as Gothenburg City Theatre, the Röhsska Museum and the Museum of World Culture.

Parental Leave
In Sweden, parents are entitled to take 480 days of parental leave when a child is born or adopted. A generous scheme of parental leave makes it easier for both sex to balance work and family life.
